Property care in Brač

What we watch for in Brač

Brač is big — three quarters of an hour separates the north and south coasts, on top of the crossing. We visit the island on fixed days and group properties by coast. On the stone houses the focus is the roof, the pointing and the cistern.

The general checklist — roof, façade, windows, water, electrics, damp — is the same everywhere. What differs are the points that, in our experience, cause trouble here first.

Additionally in Brač

  • Fixed island days, properties grouped by coast
  • Roof, pointing and cistern checked on stone houses
  • Maintenance deliberately placed in the shoulder season

Inside and out to a fixed checklist, with a photo report after every visit. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly — you decide.

Keys and emergencies

Secure key storage with a log, and someone who turns up after a storm, a leak or a break-in.

Trades on the ground

Quotes from vetted partner firms, instruction once you approve, supervision during the work and a check of the invoice.

Nearby

We cover the neighbouring towns too

Properties in the surrounding area are visited on the same round. If your house sits between two of these places, just ask — the boundary is not the town sign.
